I'm currently upgrading my PC, and now it's time to upgrade my SSD, from a Crucial MX500 512GB 2.5" to an NVMe M.2. However, I have the Samsung 980 Pro and the WD_Black SN850X available. Versus showed that the Western Digital is better in terms of speed, and the Samsung for encryption. Which should I get, since both are currently the top models?

Loading...I read here and there that it is supposedly enough to overwrite the hard drive with zeros just once. But then I read somewhere else that it is necessary to overwrite with zeros several times so that no more data can be restored what is true now?
