Is the Aprilia RS50 a good moped?

I just turned 15 and received my test certificate. I then started looking for a moped and found an Aprilia RS50. The price is right and the moped is good. Should I buy it, or would you advise me against it?

With a test certificate (for mopeds), the vehicle cannot be driven at all.
Not even if I take them to 25 km/h?
