Parental allowance/parental leave/remaining vacation?

I hope someone can give me some clarity.

My husband and I would like to divide everything as follows and don't know if it's possible.

*LM month of life

*Year of life

Parental leave: My husband 1 + 2 LM

Parental leave: I am 2 years old

Parental allowance: My husband 1+2 LM Basic parental allowance

Parental allowance: I 3-12 LM Basic parental allowance

In the second year of parental leave I would like to work 32 hours. My idea is that if there are any problems with the care I will be more flexible.

Since my boss does not HAVE to agree to an extension

Would that be possible?

I also have some vacation time remaining. Would it be possible to take it after the first year of parental leave? So, theoretically, could I pause my parental leave, take my remaining vacation time, and continue working the 32 hours while on parental leave?

I know it doesn't expire and I could take it at the end of my parental leave after two years, but it would be great to take it after the first year so I don't have to work straight after my birthday.

It would be great if only people who REALLY know what they're saying would get in touch… I've received so many false statements…

Thank you very much

PS I am now 31 weeks pregnant

My husband and I work in the same company

Yes, your planning for parental money is possible. So you’ve exhausted the 14 months you’ve got.

Think about whether you want to use the partnership bonus. These are four additional months of parental allowance plus for each of you if you both work between 24 and 32 hours.

So I could theoretically pause the parental leave, take my rest and continue working the 32 hours in parental leave?

You don’t have to pause. You work part-time after the end of the full-time parent age and take a normal holiday.

However, you must note that the AG may shorten the holiday entitlement by 1/12 for every month you were completely in parental leave. This, of course, does not relate to the rest of your holiday claim you have acquired before birth.

In the 2 year of parental leave I want to go to work 32h, my thought is,if there are problems with raising,I am more flexible.

32 hours are a lot. Do you have a good place to take care?
