Splits after muscle tear?

Hey, about three weeks ago I tore a muscle fiber in my thigh, specifically in my gluteus maximus. It happened when I was doing a split. I've since managed to do a 65cm split. Unfortunately, I still can't really do gymnastics, but I'd like to get back into it. Does anyone know how long it will take to fully heal and when I'll be able to do my first split again?

It would really be best to ask a doctor for advice.

Otherwise, you can also gently fancy yourself, so in the sense of stretching.

For the time being, I'd stay very careful, and don't make a balancing act.

There are also plenty of other exercises.

In any case, a tick could throw you back over weeks and months with stretching exercises in the direction of the balancing act.
