motorcycle series without chain guard?

I bought my motorcycle new and it doesn't come with a chain guard as standard. I keep seeing motorcycles being taken out of service because they don't have a chain guard. I have to install one afterwards (I've already passed the MOT twice without any problems).

Chain protection is only required if the socius operation is registered.

Say: Machine with only one seat in the papers -> no chain protection required.

I don’t know any exact laws about… as far as I know a duty.
As little as I know from when this was a duty and whether your motorcycle has no standard as it is older than the law.

But you can’t do that again because it was with you.
If it’s the same for cars, such as a Hyundai i30 N or many other sports cars, you can have 109db volume.

But if only 90db are registered, 95db is rumoured what the stuff holds…that would be irresponsible to have such a loud exhaust etc. And then an i30N passes with 109db and there it doesn’t matter.

There have been or exist(?) I believe there are exceptions for motorcycles that have only one authorisation for one person. I don’t know if they still exist. Maybe this will help you find out.
