Help Saramart? Returns?

Hello, I ordered from Saramart, which was apparently a mistake, and I would like to return it. I was able to register a return, and everything went well, but I can't get a QR code so DHL can scan it. I only have until April 3rd. Can someone please help me get it? Apparently, you don't get a return label; it said you have to have it scanned.

Saramart, in my knowledge, only offers a withdrawal of delivered goods if it has been delivered damaged or something wrong has been delivered.

The return known in the EU for non-compliance is still unknown in Hong Kong.
