Hello, I would like to go ice skating in Vienna tomorrow. Does anyone know of a good place that isn't too expensive?

Is Hesse a poorer federal state than Baden-Württemberg?
I sometimes have the impression that the infrastructure in Hesse is somewhat worse and that many houses are in worse condition. Hesse has more services than industry, while Baden-Württemberg has more of both.
