Muscle stiffness or tension (mycogelous or gelose)?

How can you tell the difference? And how can you self-diagnose or assess the severity?

(chest/back/hip) primary

I'm making appointments with several specialists next month (back and physio, possibly osteopath or chiropractor), so I would be grateful if the answer I received wasn't that I should go straight to the doctor, but if anyone has any good suggestions for other good types of doctors I could see for something like this, please feel free to write them in 🙂

I've got braids. The first one has diagnosed the orthopedic, and my osteopath. I wouldn't have to let that go out medically. With me it was through misconceptions and psychosomatic.

Self-diagnosis is always such a thing… tensions go away from themselves, not hard tension. It was similar to me. Three times a week breast swimming,4 years, beautiful head over water….

get me next month directly appointments for several specialists(back and physio possibly osteopath or chiropractor)

It is certainly not wrong to obtain opinions from different disciplines. You should first let yourself in and then treat yourself where you have a good feeling or where you think you're making better progress. Don't worry too much. Also worries, fears, pressure etc. can lead to pain / tension.

Good luck!

I recommend the videos of Liebscher and Bracht (Youtube).

Maybe you can help yourself through the exercises. :

Good luck!

Hello Daniel,

I would go to the orthopedic, I'll get
a transfer for physiotherapists and then blos
a small surcharge.
