[ESX] OxMySQL Was Unable To Connect to your database. Please make sure it is turned on and correctly configured in your server.cfg

As already described, my database won't connect to my FiveM server. I'm just wondering why. I've entered everything in the server.cfg.

Can the MySQL server be connected to other hosts? If no: A newly installed MySQL DB reacts only to "localhost", in which my.cnf can change this!
