There are two aspects to consider. On the one hand, the analgesic potency (degree of the pain-relieving effect) and on the other hand, the evocative potential.
Opioide full-agonists such as oxycodone, morphine or tilidine are painkillers. The analgesic potency is always given in opioids in comparison with morphine. Morphin has the value 1.
Tilidine has an analgesic potency of about 0.2 compared to morphine. So about a fifth so much pain-reducing. Oxycodon has an analgesic potency of 2 compared to morphine, i.e. about twice as strong.
However, this only means a little higher than the degree of noise-generating effect. Tilidine, for example, has a low analgesic potency, however, a strong enlarging effect. But even stronger is that of Oxycodon. Oxycodon is chemically seen the zwiling brother of Diamorphin (Heroin). The preparation is very high.
Consider that the consumption of all opioid agonists makes highly physical and psychologically dependent even after a few gifts.
If you are able to find them online, oxycodone and morphine by weight are much more potent than tilidine. It means that you need a lower dose to cause effects of comparable intensity.
Concrete dose recommendations, however, are critical. Dose data on any information pages are based on the experience of many users and therefore only represent averages. It is at best a directive, never a recommendation. Because what went well with others can run badly and vice versa. Especially for beginners: “too low” dosed as “too high” (Herantasts). No matter what substance it is.
