New driving license class despite impending MPU?
Hello, I have a question.
So briefly about the situation.
Last weekend, I was stopped by the police and had to take a drug test. It came back positive for THC. I passed the tests they always do with no problems, since I'd consumed it the day before. Of course, I was able to avoid the blood test.
I think that in addition to the one-month driving ban, the driving license office is also threatening to revoke your driving license with a one-year MPU etc., but I've heard that it can take a while until they get in touch.
Now to the question.
I'm currently doing Class A, can I still do it or what do I need to take into account?
Thanks in advance
Good Morning,
actually unlikely if the quick test was positive.. In this case, blood is generally always tapped to get a concrete result.
If that wasn't the case, you can't turn a knit on it and nothing happens. – Neither police, nor fines have a handle to give you a fine. And if there is really no blood sample, there will be no driving permit for relevant problems. – Then you would have been lucky.
In short, without an analysis of your blood nothing will come, there is no basis for it.
best regards
I'd talk to my driving school.
They usually know what such matters are best.
If you do not want your instructor to get wind of it, ask in an alternative driving school according to this situation 🙂
If the notification of the current procedure is received by the driver's office, it will block you for the examinations and withdraw a test order that may have already been issued until the procedure is completed.
Finish the bike guide. Due to weather conditions, you will have to take the exam in the next days anyway
But if I like my driving instructor, this might be a test date so February/March. Is probably normal in Duisburg
