Temu messed up order?

I ordered two movie posters last week. One for "The Godfather" and one for "Pulp Fiction." The posters arrived today. The Godfather poster turned out fine (although it has a few small dents), but the Pulp Fiction poster wasn't a Pulp Fiction poster at all. I received a black-and-white poster from a young woman in Lithuania. I'm sure I can return the poster and exchange it for the one I originally ordered, but I'm wondering what went wrong with the delivery that caused me to receive this poster. Maybe this has happened to some of you, too.

You can also just get the money back without sending the poster back!

Just ask online support.

Yes, but there was a clumsy person who made something decisively wrong so that this situation has arisen. Like I said, getting the money back is easy.

My orders were actually always right but would have delivered something like that, but the whole thing is a trick of the min order value is last 10€ and if you go to the support you get 5€ credit to the temu credits but still have to pay for 5€
