Wie bekomme ich das in den Griff?
Ich habe jetzt schon längerer Zeit mit panikattacken zu kämpfen was jetzt aber viel viel besser ist habe so selten welche aber was noch da ist irgendwie, immer wieder mache ich mir Gedanken ob was mit meinem Körper nicht stimmt weil ich auch oft einfach so stechen an verschiedenen Stellen habe im Körper, obwohl alles gut ist und wenn ich viel Stress habe geht’s mir immer so schwindelig und kommt mir alles so vor als wäre ich in einer Blase…
