I bought something at Vinted, and I was stupidly paying through Paypal with friends.

By paying via family and friends you also have made yourself a criminal .

We have two criminal acts of fraud:

  1. Fraud of the seller to you
  2. Community fraud from you and the seller to PayPal

By pretending false facts (you and the seller would be friends and family, which is not true) you have damaged the fortune of PayPal by paying a fee and thus § 263 StGB is fulfilled.

PayPal may also ban you forever for violating the Terms of Use. Banks don't like it at all if you cheat on them as you did (together with the seller).

Now I saw in the Sparkasse App the amount I paid to the seller by Paypal and next to that I was able to object to the debit

Would that be a way to get my money?

No. The fraudster has been getting his money for a long time. You would only deprive PayPal of the money, but you acted legally and executed your order. They'll definitely get back. Emergency by debt collection and enforcement. In addition, your own fraud that is also committed would come up with.

To get your money back, you have to sue civil law by the seller, with all the courts costs pre-accession and if there's nothing to get at the end of the scam, still sit at these costs.

Can I object in Sparkassen App after I was cheated by a seller about Paypal?

You can, you shouldn't. This does not take the money from the other fraud, but from Paypal – and they want it back. This ensures only problems and fees

True, common sense can't be conjured up.

Beside that you yourself have become a fraud

No

You should reimburse ad, but that doesn't bring your money back – you would have to accuse civil law

Have I become a scam?

Yes, you used the payment type of friends and family, violated Paypal's terms and conditions and brought Paypal to its fees

With this you would cheat Paypal, get a lot of trouble, high fees and Paypal will get the money back from you anyway.

By paying for the friends, the money has deliberately disappeared and therefore it is irreplaceable – even guilt.

I'm not even Scvuld

You send the money through friends and family.

But if you excuse bad behavior

There's no one here saying that the fraud isn't bad. But you have a partial debt, even if you don't want to see it

Yes, you're your fault!
It is expressly forbidden at Paypal to use friends when buying Paypal.
You have violated Paypal Terms and you have deceived Paypal for the fee to which Paypal is entitled.
