Drinking weight gainer? Helpful?

Hi everyone,

I am very very thin and would like to start using weight gainers to gain some weight.

I am currently under 50 kg.

Will I make progress if I take weight gainers? For example, if I drink 500 ml of water with weight gainer once a day.

And then after a few weeks or months (when I see the first results on the scales) maybe drink the drink more often every day?

But will it make any difference if I only take it once in the beginning?

If you take more calories than you consume, you will probably increase.

The composition is energy-rich compared to normal food and, depending on the formulation, consists predominantly of carbohydrates and a lower proportion of protein as well as fat. The excess energy is partially asGlycogen, partly asFett saved. The high energy content can lead to increased build-up of fatty tissue when used regularly. Undoubtedly, the resulting increase in weight of some athletes in power sports is associated with an increase in muscle mass.
