For example: https://www.amazon.de/Sigel-LP791-Visitenkarte-hochwei%C3%9F-glatter/dp/B0013CU554/ref=sr_1_26?keywords=Visitenkarten+Papier+Vorgestanzt&qid=1689461460&sr=8-26 These are pre-punched business cards on DIN A4 sheets so that they can print with any printer.

The label assistant at Word has integrated this business card type. If you don't have Word, you can download the appropriate software here for free: https://www.sigel-office.com/sites/default/files/2020-09/Sigel_Professional_Label.zip This allows you to design and print out. Runs under Windows 7, 8, 8.1, 10 and 11.

Mac and Linux users can use the tool glabels . Installation on Mac: Open terminal and command sudo port install glabels enter. Linux users install glabels via the package management of the Distro.

You need a little talent if you want them to look like something. In addition, a graphics program to implement your ideas.

On white limp paper such a business card is not good at all. 180 g cardboard is the absolute minimum (not every printer is right!)

A cutting machine. Or you can print on pre-stated cardboard:

If you're asking, you'd rather need a simple entry program. Sorry, I have no idea. Only if you want to seriously edit graphics, I recommend that

There are also programs specifically designed for business cards:

I can only recommend searching Google for reviews of such programs.
