There are about oily million filters in the world and no person knows every single filter and can tell you exactly what was used. Ask the person who took the photo!

Or work with image processing and you know how to do this without filter:

Overexposed image and then pull the black tones higher and pull the white tones into the gray, tend to vignette. Ready.

No and no one will know because in each app 43289150832 there are different filters.
