Guitar neck bent?

I keep reading about warped guitar necks and how they supposedly bend in a buckling manner or the other way around.

To be honest, I don't really see anything wrong. I've checked it several times and even had a luthier take a look. He also said the action could have been lowered a bit.

No sooner said than done. Now exactly three credit cards fit through the gap at the 12th fret on the low E string (approx. 2.28 mm). Plays great, but I sometimes get a fret buzz.

I don't know if it's because I'm a beginner, but this always happens when I reach for the middle of the fret. If I reach for the corner, it doesn't. Do I always have to reach for the corner? Sometimes there's no other way.

The string gauge is 12-52 bronze. I've just ordered new ones. 10-50 is for better bending. Do I need to worry about the neck now that the pressure will be reduced?

And how often do I need to adjust it? It's simple.

The guy in the guitar shop is ancient and immediately overwhelmed by even the smallest question, so I don't entirely trust his judgment.

Press a string down in the first and last bundles. Then look between the 7 and 9 covenants and see how much air is there. The string should then not lie there on the covenant stick or have too much air in between, but very little.

Temperature fluctuations often lead to a distortion of the neck and different string strengths pull differently on the neck. This can therefore affect the string position and snore.

I'll try and see if it fits.

Ideally, you always go right towards the covenant stick, but you should also sound in the middle of the covenant.

Maybe go somewhere else to look at it.
