Wishbone cracking?

Hello folks,

I recently replaced the upper wishbones and everything was fine, running perfectly.
Since today, about half a week later, it suddenly starts to crack.
I then put some pressure on the front, shaking the car, and the cracking sound was clearly audible.

does anyone know what this could be
