Obsessive thoughts?
How do you deal with thoughts or things that just pop into your head when you don't want to think about them at all, but the more you try to think them away, the stronger they come back.
If it's bad stuff, do you punish yourself or do you tell yourself, I didn't want to think that and I wouldn't do that either.
Villeicht can do something to deepen these thoughts and then try to find something positive in it as long as it doesn’t hurt you
The one where there is shadow
I have the more often thoughts. I don’t punish myself because I know that I don’t want to have these thoughts at all & that I absolutely reject these thoughts. However, these thoughts (at least now) do not go away so properly. That means I have to bear these thoughts.
