TV Tickets – Forgot your password?
Hi,
A few weeks ago, I bought tickets for a TV recording from the website "TV Tickets." Since I have to log in to the site again soon, and I obviously didn't write down my password and I'm not entirely sure, my question is, how many times can I enter the password incorrectly? And will my account be locked if I enter it incorrectly too often?
Otherwise, can I just click "Forgot password" to get a new one? Does this work even if I did it a few weeks ago or if I've already purchased tickets?

Okay, thanks. This also works at bahn.de or so, as I have done it more often. Well, I guess this should go. But twice you can enter the password incorrectly without the account being blocked or?
I entered it wrong before. Can you try it again tonight?
Has happened to me more often but I always go for the 2 times to forget password there is nothing you get just an email where you can then search for a new password
Just try forgot password from there nothing can go wrong
