Wie weit darf die die Polizei bei einer Motorrad Verfolgung gehen?
Hey, ihr kennt es ja bestimmt cop vs. Biker Videos auf YouTube wo ein Polizeiauto ein Motorrad Fahrer verfolgt.
Da habe ich mich mal gefragt wie weit ein Polizist da eigentlich gehen darf weil ich da schon manchmal echt heftige Situation gesehen hab und das nur weil der Typ eine zu Laute knatterndste hat…
bsp. Situation der Bilder flüchtet und der Cop fährt mit rechten Vorderseite in seinen hintertreiben seitlich rein wo ich mir so denke wäre er jetzt vom Motorrad geflogen läge der unter den Reifen
oder wo die versuchen ihn Pfefferspray in die Augen sprühen und das vor einer Kurve gibt hätte er da jetzt dann nichts sehen können und wäre weiter gefahren hätte er mit 120km/h die die die Hauswand geküsst
Wäre echt cool wenn mir des Mal erläutern könntet, wie des in Deutschland und im Ausland geregelt ist.-Danke im Voraus

I strongly assume that the videos do not come from Germany.
But if you want to know it, the first Kahm from Germany and the second from America of my knowledge was the only bsp I saw.
