Yes, you can upload more videos. The risk is that if you get two more strikes in the next 90 days, your channel will be completely locked or deleted. So actually you have to be "just" careful and check every video twice and three times in advance.

YouTube now distinguishes between "warning" and "warning". For a warning (≅ Strike), you must have committed several violations. Then the channel for a week and the warning remains active for 90 days.

You can then publish your videos completely normally again.

Google writes:

You can't do the following for a week:

– Upload videos or live streams

– Start a scheduled live stream

– Planning the release of a video

– Create a premiere

– Add a trailer to an upcoming premiere or an upcoming live stream

– Create custom thumbnails and community posts

– Create, edit, or add coworkers to playlists

– Add or remove playlists from the “Save” button

Your planned public content will be set to “private” for the duration of the blocking period. After the blocking period has expired, you must revise the content.

After a week, all functions are automatically activated for you again. The warning of your channel will last for 90 days.

Here you can read the details.

After getting a first strike, no live streams on the channel that got the strike are possible first.

3 strikes can be obtained until a channel is deleted.
