I need support…?

Hello, I'm almost 13 years old and I'm having a strange situation. On Tuesday, I had my very first spotting, but I didn't realize it was spotting at the time. It was a very dark brown spot.

The next day, Wednesday, I had the same situation again. After I showered, I simply used a panty liner in case something happened. Then I went to sleep, and the next day, yesterday, I had a little blood in my underwear and discharge. But somehow it never occurred to me that it was my period.

Then we had two hours of PE at school, and halfway through PE class, I started to have joint pain, but I didn't pay attention. After PE class, I had severe back pain and a pulling sensation in my lower abdomen. Then I texted my mom, and she replied that it was probably my period.

Then I went to the bathroom, and the panty liner was full of blood, and there was also a very dark drop of blood. Then I put toilet paper in my underwear. Afterward, I texted my mom what had happened, and she told me to get me picked up.

When I got home I was bleeding a little less than before and used a new panty liner. A few hours later I changed it and then again later and before I went to bed my mother gave me a pad for the night.

The next morning, today, I changed my pad, and there was no blood at all. At lunchtime, I went to the bathroom again, and instead of blood, there was something brown and slimy. Could gym class have harmed me? Is this normal?

Sorry that this text is so long and so detailed😕

That's normal.

The first few times period are rather irregular and not so predictable. Sometimes more and sometimes less. It can also be that it is re-exposed and only comes after a few months, intermediate bleeding could also occur.

The pain is also normal. There are more beautiful things in the world, but it cannot be changed.

It's best to pack a bandage in your school bag for safety.

And sport only helps and doesn't hurt, don't worry.

Hello

What you describe is all completely normal for the first period!

The bleeding strength and bleeding duration can initially vary very strongly. You can't have bleeding for one or two days and then suddenly again. Something happens to many and has nothing unusual or dangerous to mean.

If you discover something 'brown' then it's just blood oxidized in the air. Oxy what? This simply means that the blood came into contact with air for a long time and the water is dried in it and the blood thereby becomes a brown color. You see that even if you've cut yourself somewhere. It bleeds, this comes into contact with air, becomes brown and encrusted.

Your bleeding will take time, it can take up to three years until your cycle, your hormones and your bleeding have occurred.

I hope I could help you 🙃

Good luck 🍀

all normal would be your period you lose not only blood but also small slimy pieces, before all the beginning it is normal that it comes quite irregular.

the sport has nothing to do with it. He can even help with strong cramps.
