It shouldn't be a problem. The meats are all canned.

With the new rules (although they are no longer new), the import of meat does not apply only to fresh goods, but also to preserves, provided that their contents are just as meat or meat goods (in this case clearly declared with "worst"). The import limit per person per day is a total of 1kg.
In this sense: Its cart is THEN unproblematic if the two cans with blood and liver sausage do not exceed the amount of 1kg.
