Why can't you see my weight?
Hello Community,
I'm Jenny, 5'7" tall and 21 years old. I'm always surprised by my weight. I weigh 193 pounds (89 kg) (according to my BMI, that's overweight)… but I really don't look it, and when people tell me my weight, they're always very surprised and think it can't be true. But it's definitely true. I don't do a lot of sports or anything, and I rarely go to the gym…
So what could be causing this? I also applied for a job where my BMI will be assessed by a doctor (official medical examination), and now I'm naturally worried that I won't be able to get it because of what I'm eating… but I really do look normal…
Thanks in advance 🙂
Well, how strong you see your weight depends on your body shape.
I am 1.76 and I am still 89 at the time, and I look no further because I am relatively wide, compared to most others
Because the weight on the scale has nothing to do with your body shape, that is perfectly normal.
There are people with heavier bones, which is why the abdominal circumference is more relevant to this.
You stay yourself. You have to feel happy.
