DHL order missing?

I have an online shop, and today a customer contacted me saying a product was missing from their order. I'm 100% sure I shipped it correctly. I sent the package via DHL with a €500 liability. What's the best course of action?

So, hello either there was a mistake sending then you can call DHL or your customer takes you on the arm and wants the money back although he/she got the package…

Check the tracking number and call the tracking. Somewhere the package must be. When it's gone, you'll be doing a research job.
