Missing fingernail?

So guys, I wanted to hear your advice.

Two days ago I completely ripped out my left ring fingernail with gel modeling on it. It bled very little, which amazed me.

I went to the doctor because she said it looked good and there was no inflammation and the open wound needed to be covered well.

Is it normal that my finger puckers, not extremely, only slightly? If so, how long does it take before the puckering subsides?

Is there a disinfectant that doesn't burn when sprayed on

It's hard to say. The fact that a fresh wound is noticeable is normal, but the throbbing could also be a first sign of an initiating inflammation.

So watch the wound and go back to the doctor in case of doubt.

And if the doctor didn't get you to disinfect your finger, I'd leave it. And if so, it's not possible in the first days without burning. Good improvement.

As long as it doesn't get more often or stronger, I'd stay calm.

Maybe, maybe not. I'd go back to the doc tomorrow. Then you're certain and he can help you better than we're here. Further good improvement.

Throbbing is normal in pain & there are Octenisept or Hansaplast wound spray without alcohol. It doesn't burn when sprayed.

Maybe use Camillosan.

Yes, octenisept spray does not burn as much as it is alcohol-free
