Are my legal guardians not allowed to give me my email?
Hello, I live in a children's home and I ordered something, but my carers don't want to give me my package and I think that's stupid and I would like to know: are they allowed to do that and what can I do then? I have no idea apart from having all my things delivered to a parcel station, which is also stupid in the long run.
Yeah, they can. On the one hand, the guardians can refuse their consent/acceptance to the purchase agreement and withdraw the purchase.
On the other hand, however, they may temporarily retain/withdraw your property in individual cases for educational reasons, but they must of course not later than 18 at the latest. Return birthday.
now you could have ordered something that could cause you or other home dwellers or the facility itself. Therefore, the package would have to open educators who take the thing if it is really dangerous to give it to parents or your parents are there
How old are you and how is installation
you would have to be full-year. Clearly, the supervisors may leave the packages back.
