If there’s a good reason for that, then it is.

But an inobservation is always only short-term. In the long term, the family court would have to decide on a possible deprivation of custody.

Just like that, they probably don’t do that on your wish. It has to have good reasons to get the effort. As long as you’re not in any way at risk, it can’t be according to your wishes.
