Skoda no longer opens with remote control?

Hello, both remote keys on my Skoda Rapid Spaceback no longer work. I can still unlock the door manually and start the vehicle with the key (unfortunately, the alarm always goes off when I open the door).

I had the keys with me all day while skiing. Is it possible that the cold might have damaged the batteries in the keys?
After leaving the keys in a warm place overnight, they still don't work.

Does anyone have an idea? Thanks in advance.

It may be that the batteries are empty, or you may have to synchronize the keys with the vehicle again. It's sometimes like my vehicle.

The best way to change the key battery, maybe it's already solved. Otherwise workshop.

Drive into a workshop… that would be my idea

If you change the batteries, it's a quick thing.

If both have been used for some time and for a long time, it may be that the minds give up. Of course, it may also be that something is broken in the car, but the battery change shows that quickly.
