Red open pimple on your leg with clear fluid oozing out of it?

Hello,

Like every summer, I suffer from severely swollen feet and legs. For a day and a half now, I've had a red, open "pimple" on my leg from which a clear fluid is slowly but steadily oozing. Does this have anything to do with the swollen legs?
