Growth at 18?

Hi, I'm 18 years old and about 183cm tall. I haven't really grown much since I was 16.

Since yesterday I have had pain in my shin, which pulls and tingles slightly when I stretch.

It's not blue or anything and someone thinks it could be growth.

I have been doing strength training for almost 3 years and have hardly trained in the last 3 weeks due to my work, but I have significantly increased my protein intake (I don't want to lose muscle).

Is it realistic to still grow at 18?

I added 2cm with 18 but had the big growth rate of 17. In your situation, I do not think that growth is realistic.

The pain in the shining bone could be muscular problems.

If you want to know exactly, you need to make an X-ray of your growth powers.

But pain in the shiny bone is not a sign of growth, but pain in the ledges.

The probability that you will grow at 18 if you are no longer grown last year is very unlikely.

Yes, until 23. Year of life can be grown (the same until the age of 25.).
