Is this rosacea?

I've had extreme redness and small pimples on my face for a while now. For example, when I frown, white patches temporarily appear – just like with a sunburn. As soon as I apply sunscreen, my face looks like the second picture. I'm starting to get desperate and can't get an appointment with a dermatologist. Is this rosacea or something else?

About me: I'm 20 years old, I hardly drink alcohol, I don't eat dairy products, and I'm also reducing my sugar intake.

Make appointment with the doctor. Only one can provide a reliable diagnosis based on investigations.

No one can effectively detect diseases using mere images. Not even a doctor.

That’s why a doctor. He has a certain idea and can give you a transfer. Then it’ll work better with the appointment. Otherwise, look for skin doctors via Doctolib. With many you can make an appointment online
