What happens if the package supposedly arrived but I haven't received anything? DPD?
Hello, I ordered 4 new tires 1.5 months ago
I ordered something through DPD, which supposedly arrived, but I didn't receive anything, and I was at work at the time. I reported it and got my money back.
I called DPD and the sender and they said everything had been sorted out on their side.
I came to ask if it was normal for someone from DPD (he didn't really introduce himself and spoke broken German, we suspect that it could have been the driver) to come to our house and ask questions. He bothered the neighbors and was desperately looking for the tires. He asked me to ask the neighbors again what I had done, but nobody knew anything. There was a suspicion that they saw it, but in the meantime, after I got the money back, I got the tires another way. Maybe they saw it, they weren't sure either. I didn't authorize or sign anything when I handed it over, they didn't even have photo proof. He said the whole situation was strange again. He even checked my car because the neighbor said my car was there.
Does anyone have any experience with how I should proceed?
Sincerely, Samuel
I suspect:
He has no right or legal handle for this! His behaviour limits you to foolishness and harassment, and so I would tell him!
Let him leave you alone! Turn to DPD (written), refer to the process and tell them that their proxy means to have to migrate the Criminal Inspector. You have to ask for this harassment.
The DPD type will then get a proper abortion from his superior and that should then lead to him
I have worked for years in delivery and yes, it’s annoying if you don’t get rid of your shows and the documentation costs time and also annoys. If DPD-Fuzzi didn’t stick to it, he’s owed himself if it has consequences.
So when he comes up tomorrow, speak clear words: You don’t have anything to investigate here, that is, if necessary. Police. Get out of here, or I’ll tell your company you’re running around here.
First, the DPDler is neither police nor prosecutor. He has nothing to do with you, neither in the car nor elsewhere. You’re not obligated to look for the tires either.
If he has no parking permit, and no signature from you, he’s bad luck.
I’d make him realize he has nothing to look for here.
If he keeps searching, I’d call the police.
Oh, one of the varieties isn’t the only one that just happened to me haha
