Foot pain caused by an object?

I stepped on the buckle of my school bag four or five days ago. This caused a lot of pain. It's been four or five days now, and I still have pain in the sole of my foot. I can barely walk. I'm aware that healing a foot is complicated, given the daily wear and tear. My foot isn't swollen, there's no visible bruise, and it hasn't bled. What could this be, and how can I treat it without having to rush to the doctor? Does anyone have any experience with this? Thank you.

A diagnosis is made by the doctor. If that lasts longer, it can make sense to let it check.

Otherwise, I did good experiences with Enelbin. A doctor had advised when I had undefined footaches without recognizable cause.

It’s a pistol that’s on the affected spot. ICh then always pulled over the socks so that they’re stuck and the BEtt isn’t fully lubricated.

Maybe there was a wound and you should probably disinfect and connect it or cover it with a sterile plaster. If there’s pain, that’s always some sign that something’s broken.

Then there is some irritation. There’s probably nothing left to you than just not to burden you.

Maybe even run for a while with crutches or something.

But at the end, a doctor has to look at it when it doesn’t get better
