Penalties Austria?

Hello,

I'm 19 years old from Austria, and of course, I still have a provisional driver's license. I was stopped and had a blood alcohol level of 0.36. I was also driving 24 km/h too fast on the highway. I was not allowed to continue driving. I received a letter from the city council and have to pay a €60 fine for the speeding violation. Is this a normal letter, and is it possible I was just lucky, or will I get another one?

There's something else. This usually takes a couple of months in the case of fast travelers, but you'll definitely get a letter from the traffic office or the district executive where you live. According to the driving license law, your offense has a 1 year prolongation and a retraining and the costs are about €495 in Austria.

Test license, alcohol in blood and too fast

to pay only 60€, there's something wrong.

a guess, your driver's license is pulled in. you can make a retraining. with approx. 500€ loose
