Can I take a swollen cheek to the hospital?

Good evening, unfortunately, I've had a toothache and a very swollen cheek since this morning. The swelling has now even reached under my eye. I also feel like I'm starting to get a fever. I've already called the emergency dental service, but unfortunately, the emergency service is over 30 km away, and I have no way of getting there. Could I just go to the hospital?

Imagine in the emergency room. We must wait, but rather have that later consequences.

Sounds like an inflammation. Swollen, pain, reddish, overheated and functionally limiting.

I would just like to mention that one is also your very good source of bacteria and fours with inflammation, as well as parasites and fungi. Inflammation can also be converted into blood poisoning (Sepsis).

They can’t help you in a hospital. If you go to the medical emergency service or stop. I used to have it a few times. I also stopped it with tablets. Good luck and good improvement.

Hospital is more for really acute emergencies. If you don’t stop till tomorrow, you can go to the doctor first thing in the morning.

You could at least give a few medications.

Why don’t you take an ibuprofen first and keep going until tomorrow? For me, it doesn’t sound like an emergency for the hospital.
