Can I still expect my package?

I ordered products from Stylevana, based in Hong Kong, on November 13th.

There was no message with tracking information or anything else.

Upon request, I received a link and tracking number for my order on November 20th.

According to the tracking number, the parcel is being sorted in Belgium, but that has been the case for a week

On Trustpilot I now see many negative reviews that the order has not arrived

Should I be concerned or is this normal?

When the goods have been shipped from China, reckon with several weeks delivery time.

seems to be normal. Truspilot's serious assessments are still taking place, and I appreciate hate ratings will eventually increase intolerable.

I know why I'd rather pay more and at least one German intermediary is my contact. However, I have already ordered directly from China: 1. I have made myself smart among others at Truspilot and 2. I was aware that I have either saved money through direct purchase or total loss. You can do this if you can hurt loss.

On the other hand, such broadcasts last for 3-4 weeks (I now see some of the other descriptions up to "multiple" weeks). You never knew what it was, and that was good. At some point, the packages arrived without asking all sorts of people why it depends. Better you just don't know…

So you can still have a little patience….

You can both think and see the shipping time as normal. It won't change.

As is known, the data in the tracking of the consignment are not always updated. Maybe the shipment is in the customs. It can take several weeks.
