Why such a bloated stomach?

For some time now (I can't say exactly how long), I've had a very bloated lower abdomen, which really looks like I'm pregnant. In the morning, it's not completely flat, but it's less bloated than in the evening. I've also taken several pregnancy tests, all of which have been negative.
In the evening, he's super bloated from eating and drinking during the day. I don't feel any pain or anything. I don't really have any bloating either, although I do occasionally, but visually, it doesn't make any difference. I've also been taking probiotics and a yeast infection treatment for the past two weeks, but I can't see any difference.
I don't think it's really a lot of fat; it's more like hard fat. I'm 178cm tall and weigh 68-69 kilograms.
It's really uncomfortable for me and I just don't know what it could be since I have a rather slim build.

It may be incompatibility (eg fructose, milk protein, gluten) which then leads to corresponding reactions. I found an incompatibility on eggs, always after eating hard-cooked eggs, I got a beacon. Whether there is something like this can be detected by an allergy test, you could also try certain foods and see if it changes. If, however, a fructose intolerance, this can hardly be determined in the self-testing since fructose and other sugars are contained in a plurality of foods.

Effectively you reduce food groups until it gets better, the last food group you eat is meat.
So you could also just eat meat, see improvement and then slowly add things like vegetables, then fruit etc. until it comes back.
