Hi,

I am urgently looking for a locker at the DB station Potsdamer Platz in Berlin.

According to the website, lockers are available.

Where exactly can I find these? And how much do they cost on average per day?

There must be. They're in the station, signs show the way. The costs depend on how large the compartment must be. A small one for a backpack costs 4 €. A big one for a suitcase costs 18 €.
