Do you have any good stretching exercises for practicing multiple exercises at once? I'd like to stretch and learn both splits and generally become more flexible.

The best way to put yourself on the floor with your legs is to stretch and then you tend to come forward as far as possible. You need to be careful that the movement comes from the hip and you don't just make the back crook.
