Car jerks when I drive at low revs and the engine control light flashes and then goes out again?
Hey, my Kia Venga jerks or sputters when I shift up or down, and it's a bit low on revs. It happened three days ago when I wanted to shift down from fourth to third because someone was turning in front of me. I was doing about 30 km/h, and it did engage third gear, but it jerked violently, as if it was about to stall. The check engine light also flashed briefly.
It's been in the workshop since Tuesday, and the guy said it's all right. The light is off, and it's running again.
Does anyone know anything about this and can possibly evaluate it?
You should avoid driving the car in an area where it no longer runs properly
In the case of Venga, the locks on the plugs of the ignition coils can be broken. If they don't sit tightly and don't have any contact, there's an ignition trigger.
Alternatively, of course, candles and coils should be controlled.
In the workshop you can read the error memory
