Instagram blocked for following people too often?
Hi, I followed a few people and then I got blocked. I did all of that and now this is what's on my account. Does anyone know how long this might take or if my account is gone completely? Thanks in advance!

Depending on the severity of the violation and the previous experience of the account, the lock can be between a few days up to several weeks or even permanent. In your case, it could also be an automated security check.
You can usually check your activities after a specified time using the application. If your account has been permanently blocked, this will be displayed to you accordingly.
In the future: Avoid following or following too many accounts. Instagram has quite strict algorithms that recognize exactly such 'bot activities' and directly limit or block users accordingly.
Can you do anything else if you're completely locked?
If you have been completely locked, Instagram will know you after the review. There's something like "Your account has been permanently blocked due to violations of our policies."
