See messages on Instagram?
Next to it on Instagram is usually the "send message" thing you can click on! Why isn't it here? PS: I opened it like this on my second account.

You can set on Instagram that you can only write your own followers or not at all.

But it goes too, but this person obviously didn't set it that way.
Settings and activities > News and story responses > Settings for messages
How do I adjust that? Is my profile but did it on a 2.acc screen
