Could this be white skin cancer?

Since the "suspected diagnosis" of white skin cancer, I have been paying more attention to "spots" that I hadn't noticed before.
I'd already identified the red spot on my nose as a burst vein. But now I've noticed a bump right next to it that feels like a pimple. It looks blister-like in photos.
My old glasses were slightly stuck to the spot. You can easily see it in the photo. Could this be non-melanoma skin cancer?
