Lump in your throat?

I've had a terrible lump in my throat for days. I've had it before, but since I've been feeling really bad mentally for months, it's really bothering me. I also have a strange feeling in my esophagus. At first, I thought it was heartburn or reflux. That's why I'm taking pantoprazole, but that doesn't help either. When I eat and after eating, I'm free of symptoms. It's really strange. On top of that, I have a headache today, and my jaw is cracking. I also feel like my chest and throat are tingling every now and then, like a shiver. Does anyone have similar symptoms and have any tips? I'd be very grateful.

Hi, I'm in the same position as you! Had to fight with it for 3 months and always thought I had a reflux. That's why I'm a doctor. He said everything was good. And since it was easier for me to know that nothing is serious about it, it suddenly stopped with me. So it was definitely the psyche.

It may be that this feeling of clot is caused by muscular tensions because of all the stress. Also, tension then causes jaw problems and headaches. Try stretching exercises for the jaw and neck area. It could also be helpful to consider physiotherapy. Drink enough water to keep your neck moist.

Wish you all the best.
