Back pain when training your shoulders?
Hey, I go to the gym regularly and lately I've been having pain in my upper back, particularly in my spine, and when I press hard on my spine it hurts a bit. I get the most pain when doing shoulder exercises like lateral raises and reverse butterfly.
What can I do about it and should I see a doctor?
