I have rims with reports that are already registered. What if I screw the standard rims back on and then register the lowering (with a certificate only for the standard wheel/tire combination)? Does the vehicle have an ALB? Then that can be closed. Otherwise, when vent nipples can be opened, the brake BF must exit when the brake is actuated.
