Why are negative reviews removed by Google?

Do the companies I criticize pay Google money to have my negative reviews deleted? Is that how their business works? Then they should abolish the review section. What a load of rubbish. Are we obligated to blow everyone's ass off, or what? So why do we bother writing? Look for nonsense. It's all so pointless.

I've finished!

Depends on how the critics form and whether you were really a customer.

I've written more negative reviews, all of which are still there after years.

Don't have to. It's enough if she was inappropriate or unbelievable. You have to be able to prove the visit to the store.

Well, of course you have to be nuts. But if you can't, the reviewer can pretend you've never been a customer. Then an assessment may be removed.

And that's quite right, because otherwise you might be able to judge any company, because for example you don't like the owner or something.

No. It's enough to have a proof of payment or something.

I didn't defend anything. I'm just telling you how you can prove that your assessment is justified.

Some people don't understand the criticism

You just want to hear the positive

So let them remove it

For example, if you write, the store is crap… you have to delete it.

You write, I felt the place was very bad, it's…

This has nothing to do with vulgar words.

Rather with how to write a criticism. If this is factually held (ie not emotional) and comprehensible, then something like this usually remains. Defenses, shelters, etc. are of course also taboo.

1.Then you can also blame me

Then please read more carefully… I accused you of NOWHERE (!). I have only written under which conditions a company deletes comments or reviews may apply to Google.

I don't know your comment, I can't judge it accordingly and I didn't do it at any time.

Why is that McDonald or BurgerKing not? there are constantly bad comments to read…

1. There was neither insult nor false information.

I can't judge that without knowing the content.

Two. No one takes legitimate criticism. For each company negative comments are always unauthorized

I see that differently… and that's what we do differently. I think it depends on company policy.

I know this: As an affected company, you report the comment because of a violation of the policy (eg insult, wrong address, or whatever), Google checks this and then deletes the comment or even not. But this is too laborious for many companies or they simply do not have the knowledge of how it works.

However, there are now moderate lawyers and companies who earn their money to apply for deletions on behalf of companies with Google. I also get such offers almost daily… but don't go on.

I accept legitimate criticism, if necessary excuse me. or try to explain why this and that has been so and so. On the other hand, I also let Google delete unauthorized criticism, personal insult or slander. Once there was negative criticism, which did not even concern me, but another company in the same building.
